  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

    • Cook the frozen artichoke bottoms according to the package instructions. You can either roast, steam, or simmer them until tender. If roasting, preheat the oven to 400°F, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 15-20 minutes until softened.

    • In a bowl, combine the chopped dill, parsley, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
  3. Assemble the Dish
